: nothing. The place had a very strong toxic odor in the lobby and both apartments we had booked. My sisters also had cigarette smoke in her room. We could not sleep all night which is why we checked out the next day, lost our money for the next night, and found a much better hotel.
: Receptionist lied to us. We asked the manager about storing our luggage weeks before our stay and he said no problem. Got to the apartments at 10am (our plane arrived 9am) and he said no, that there was no secure area and nobody there. So we sat outside until 3pm check in 85 degree in sunny, hot weather. By the way, he said he would give us early check in. NO. He waited exactly until 3pm and he saw us sitting outside via his installed cameras. Rooms stunk, shower leaked into another area in the room, door would not lock. I had the master key to all 9 units. Accidentally walked into somebody elses room with all their stuff in it. Place is not SAFE. So, we had to put tables against our door at night. Bolt did not work on our door. There was never a person to talk to and my husband had to use our US phone to communicate with the owner about getting our keys.

: Our flight was in the evening, so we asked hosts to leave the key in the locker. Check in process was very smooth. The room was comfy and it had everything we needed. The location is not bad, however not close to metro stations.

: A pleasant place to stay, very good price-quality ratio.
: The bed is made of two mattresses, so there is a hole in the middle, the TV remote control is broken (middle wheel), the toilet bowl is cracked, there is no partition in the shower to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom.

: - good value for money- the room was spacious and apart from some details (broken door on the bathroom) nicely renovated- seamless contactless check-in experience
: Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes the whole duration of the stay, I could not get it out of there.The bed was a bit too soft

: Apartment smelled of smoking, strong cleaning agents ( you can smell before entering the building) and no air conditioning. We were told we could store our luggage inside the building - that was a lie.I talked to a man to cancel my reservation for June 1 through June 3. He apologized for the inconveniences and assured me the reservation would be canceled. He has not canceled at this time ( Friday, May 31).He has lied about this also.Why did he say he would cancel it and did not do it. Please let me know. Stephen Kinnett [email protected]
